Living the busy life, Always have to remind myself to take some me time.

For the past few years it's been a rollercoaster. As I get more popular in the photography scene my weekends have disappeared. And because I have a regular 8-5 job through out the week it is tough to make time during the week for photoshoots. Toss in quality time with my husband, volleyball coaching, time with the kiddos, and time for my friends and extended family and my social life is non-existent. I've been trying to pace myself more lately. Only scheduling shoots for every other week. And while that has worked for the most part I get antsy when I don't have new posts or pictures for my business. Will it always be this way? I hope not. I want it to be steady and flowing. Natural to me. Not hectic and all over the place. Now that my full time job is in marketing I'm starting to learn some things about what I can do to become more seen. While still keeping in mind that not every little thing revolves around photography. It's that artistic urge to want to snap that makes me keep going. I'm always learning and always moving forward. Trying to keep a positive level head and the little things that I like to do for myself are important. If you are not doing what you love, you are wasting your time.
